Lots of puppies!

This morning's x-ray went really well.  Renee was a trooper, as usual :)  And the results are in - we have LOTS of puppies on the way!  The vet's best estimate was 9-10 puppies, but I think I might have seen 1-2 more...  We'll see when she whelps.  Otherwise she's in great shape and the vet is very pleased with her.

Unfortunately my camera did a terrible job of photographing the x-ray... so you can't really see all the pups in there.  If you look closely you can kind-of see them.  The photo below outlines some of the positions of the puppies.

We are all getting excited, preparing for the big day.  So much to do, and not long left!  To finish things off, here is a photo of the decidedly large girl.
